What data is collected

This website collects personal data only when you voluntarily submit one of its forms.

Contact form. When you enquire about a first session, the data collected is:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Therapy format preference (in person or online)
• A brief message describing what brings you to therapy

Guide sign-up. When you request the free guide (“Thrive in Barcelona”), the data collected is:

• Email address
• First name (optional)

No sensitive data (such as health records or special-category data) is collected through the website. Any sensitive information shared in a message is treated with strict confidentiality.

A security verification widget (Cloudflare Turnstile) is used to protect the contact form from automated submissions. With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with it. See the Cookies section below for full details.

How long your data is kept

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or to maintain the professional relationship, or until you request its deletion.

Once the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled and no legal obligation requires it to be retained, it will be securely deleted.

Third-party data processors

The contact form is processed through a secure service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes form submissions and provides security verification (Turnstile) to protect against automated abuse. Cloudflare operates under appropriate data transfer mechanisms in compliance with the GDPR. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Email addresses submitted through the guide sign-up are processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which manages the sign-up confirmation (double opt-in), stores the email list, and delivers the guide and any subsequent emails. Brevo is an EU-based provider and hosts data within the European Union. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. For more information, see Brevo's Privacy Policy.

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to collect anonymised usage data. Google processes this data on behalf of this website and may transfer it to servers outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

This website also uses Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) to manage the loading of scripts. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data; it acts as a container that controls which other scripts are loaded based on your consent choice.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When fonts are requested, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google states that it does not use this data to track individual users. For more information, see Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
